James Bong Global Mission iPhone App
As part of the launch of the Quantum of Solace title for James Bond, Eon Productions planned a whole Global Mission for the many fans of James around the world. The iPhone app allowed you to choose a film, using the title idents from the film, before jumping to a list of locations from that film. Each location could be browsed on an embedded Google Map with the film theme tune playing in the background. The app also included images, background information and choice clips from the films, encoded and optimised for the iPhone format. The main aim was to drive people to purchase the titles and Amazon affiliate codes were used throughout to measure the effectiveness, alongside Flurry Analytics.
